At HK Jewelers, we are committed to providing quality products and exceptional customer service. Because we are a wholesale business, our Return & Exchange Policy is designed to protect both our customers and our company while ensuring every order receives the attention it deserves.

By placing an order with HK Jewelers, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Wholesale Sales

All products sold by HK Jewelers are intended for business-to-business (B2B) transactions.

Due to the wholesale nature of our business, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in this policy.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

* Damaged during shipping
* Defective upon arrival
* Incorrectly shipped by HK Jewelers

Please notify us within 5 business days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

* Your order number
* A description of the issue
* Clear photos of the item(s)
* Photos of the original packaging (if applicable)

Once reviewed and approved, HK Jewelers will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:

* Replacement of the item
* Store credit
* Refund (when applicable)

3. Returns for Non-Defective Merchandise

To maintain product integrity and inventory accuracy, we do not accept returns for:

* Buyer’s remorse
* Overstock
* Slow-moving inventory
* Change of mind
* Customer preference
* Incorrect products ordered by the customer

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only available for merchandise approved by HK Jewelers due to:

* Manufacturing defects
* Shipping damage
* Incorrect shipment

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the original item is no longer available, we may offer:

* A comparable replacement
* Store credit
* Refund at our discretion

5. Return Authorization Required

No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization from HK Jewelers.

Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender.

6. Return Shipping

If HK Jewelers is responsible for the error, we will provide instructions regarding return shipping.

If the return is approved for any other reason, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and inventory protection, the following items cannot be returned once delivered:

* Earrings
* Clearance or Closeout Items
* Special Orders
* Customized Products
* Personalized Items
* Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
* Products without original packaging

8. Inspection Process

All returned merchandise is inspected upon arrival.

HK Jewelers reserves the right to deny any return that:

* Shows signs of use
* Has been modified
* Is missing components
* Is damaged after delivery
* Does not meet our return requirements

9. Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error made by HK Jewelers.

10. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet entered processing.

Once an order has entered processing or shipping preparation, it cannot be canceled.

Because every wholesale order is individually prepared, cancellation requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

11. Limitation of Liability

HK Jewelers’ responsibility is limited to the purchase price of the affected merchandise.

HK Jewelers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business-related losses resulting from the use, resale, or inability to use any product purchased from us.

Product Variations

Because many of our products are manufactured using natural materials and different production batches, slight variations in color, finish, texture, weight, or dimensions may occur. These normal variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for return or exchange.

Sterling Silver Notice

Sterling silver may naturally oxidize over time due to exposure to air, moisture, skin chemistry, perfumes, lotions, and other environmental factors. This natural process is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered under this Return & Exchange Policy.
